A executive business consultant in Austin, Texas.  Sales, marketing, business and product development, and operations professional experienced in developing products, accounts, and markets; in negotiating partnership and supply agreements; and in growing profitable business lines. Been closing deals and project management for more than 25 years knows the importance of project team culture, time management and open communication. He has the knowledge and ability to assist through the project life cycle with ease and will be at the forefront of all risk mitigations.

Managing Partner of Definity Capital, LLC. John’s business background includes heading several profitable startups. John has consulted for companies with operations nationwide and has a remarkable eye for profitable investments. Through various partnerships and related entities, John has been involved in the development of over $ 30 million in real estate and consulting.


John’s business background includes 10 years in the real estate and mortgage business. Lee has been involved in the acquisition, development, and/or financing of $ 30 million of real estate. Previously, John Lee co-owned and managed a large luxury automobile dealership that generated in excess of $ 48 million in annual revenue.  In addition, John spent six years working for the State of Texas, auditing fortune 500 firms. Lee is a graduate of the University of Texas where he earned his B. A. in Government in 1979.  He has resided in Austin, Texas for over 50 years.
